We’re looking to appoint a dynamic and ambitious Marketing & Engagement Manager to:
- Deliver marketing and engagement activity that supports our organisational objectives, working with all departments, from fundraising to clinical, to maximise income generation activities and support service provision.
- Ensure that we are communicating in a timely, targeted and cost-effective manner.
- With support, develop and deliver the marketing and engagement strategy.
You may already be a marketing and communications manager elsewhere, or equally, we invite applications from those who may currently hold a more junior role but are looking for their next career opportunity. We have a robust development programme and actively invest in our staff to ensure learning and education opportunities at all levels are provided.
We’re a local charity dedicated to providing specialist care to adults from the local area and children throughout Cumbria, as well as caring for their families, friends and carers. You’ll be a key member of our Income Generation and Marketing team who are tasked with raising the £4.8 million needed each year to keep our vital services running.
Flexibility in terms of some remote working is on offer, but due to the nature of the role and the organisation, the majority of your working week will be on site.
