Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with the Account Manager to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives – delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Create and maintain or update store layout breakdowns, ensuring all changes and revisions are captured and updated in a timely manner.
  • Manage the project and demand through an ERP system, ensuring the system is regularly updated and the operational team is kept informed at every stage.
  • Project invoicing at the end of each project to be actioned in the current month in line with business targets.
  • Coordinate internal resources and installation teams.
  • Manage, maintain and update all project documents in the customer shared folder, highlighting change and revision control.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation, with technical feasibility of projects understood and shared.
  • Manage changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
  • Ensure the account forecast is updated and track key account metrics throughout the project.
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams to track progress and delivery timelines in conjunction with the project execution plan.
  • Actively participate in site scoping meetings with the client across their entire estate (UK, Ireland, and EU).
  • Maintain on‑site presence throughout the project duration and identify potential problems or issues, highlighting them on site and implementing counter measures.
  • Develop relationships across all touch points, including problem solving with solutions that protect margin and service performance.
  • Lead and develop fitting teams to ensure best‑in‑class service is delivered and maintained.

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of drawings and blueprints.
  • Experience of working in MRP/ERP systems.
  • Ability to generate precise store layout breakdowns.
  • Experience in delivering client‑focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Ability to prioritise among tasks.
  • Exceptional client‑facing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organisational skills, including attention to detail and multi‑tasking.
