Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm and Saturday 8:30 am – 1:00pm (working every other Saturday)

What You’ll Do

  • Customer Service
    • Greet customers professionally and courteously on arrival
    • Handle customer enquiries face‑to‑face and over the telephone
    • Provide clear information regarding services, repairs, pricing, and timescales
  • Calls & Administration
    • Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to customers
    • Book vehicles in for servicing, repairs, and inspections
    • Update customer records accurately
    • Take messages and pass information to relevant staff
    • Prepare and explain quotes for vehicle repairs and services
    • Upsell relevant products or services where appropriate
    • Take payments and issue invoices or receipts

Previous automotive experience is beneficial but not essential – we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
