Location: Ripley, Derbyshire
Hours: Weekdays 8:30am – 5:30pm, Saturday 8:30am – 1:00pm (one in five rota)
We are looking for an Internal Sales Development Manager to help strengthen and expand our wholesale customer base. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step up in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
You will:
- Manage and support our existing wholesale customer accounts
- Accurately input and update customer information in our systems
- Identify and develop business opportunities
- Work closely with Wholesale Managers to deliver sales targets
- Analyse account performance and market data to spot new growth areas
- Ensure customers receive an outstanding level of service
Full training is provided – no tyre knowledge required.
About You
You don’t need industry experience – just the right attitude. We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident opening new accounts and driving new business
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and a strong team player
- Able to manage time well in a busy environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with MS Office, especially Excel
