Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm and Saturday 8:30 am – 1:00 pm (1 Saturday off per month)
What You’ll Do:
- Customer Service
- Greet customers professionally and courteously on arrival
- Handle customer enquiries face‑to‑face and over the telephone
- Provide clear information regarding services, repairs, pricing, and timescales
- Calls & Administration
- Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to customers
- Book vehicles in for servicing, repairs, and inspections
- Update customer records accurately
- Take messages and pass information to relevant staff
- Prepare and explain quotes for vehicle repairs and services
- Upsell relevant products or services where appropriate
- Take payments and issue invoices or receipts
Previous automotive experience is beneficial but not essential – we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
