Are you an experienced leader in the motor industry, looking for your next challenge? We’re recruiting for a talented Garage Manager to lead our busy, well established garage in Newark. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a well-equipped workshop, complete with the latest technology, while working for a trusted, family-run company that puts people and service first.
What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the branch
- Leading and motivating a small team to deliver outstanding results
- Driving branch performance and achieving sales targets
- Ensuring the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service
- Building positive relationships with customers, both face-to-face and over the phone
What we’re looking for:
- Previous management experience in the motor industry, ideally in a fast-fit environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Confident communicator with great people skills
- Full UK driving licence
