This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a well‑equipped workshop, complete with the latest technology, while working for a trusted, family‑run company that puts people and service first.
What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing the day‑to‑day running of the branch
- Leading and motivating a small team to deliver outstanding results
- Driving branch performance and achieving sales targets
- Ensuring the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service
- Building positive relationships with customers, both face‑to‑face and over the phone
