About the role
Eden Training Solutions is seeking a proactive Partnership Advisor to build and maintain strong relationships with employers, driving apprenticeship starts and promoting Eden Training Solutions. You’ll play a key role in maximising new business opportunities, reactivating dormant accounts, supporting new employer onboarding, and contributing to team targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective employers via cold calls, enquiries and email
- Develop strong relationships with employers
- Support employers with the set‑up of their apprenticeship account and onboarding processes
- Promote Eden’s products and services effectively
- Attend team meetings and share best practice
- Represent Eden positively with all stakeholders
About you
Eden is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults. All successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Skills & Experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience managing and developing employer relationships
- Self‑motivated and team‑oriented

- Excellent digital and problem‑solving skills
- Organised, reliable, and honest
Other requirements
- Full enhanced DBS check required
- 28 days holiday and get an extra day for each year you stay with us, up to max 33 days PLUS bank holidays
