We’re hiring an AI Engineer to join a growing SaaS business building production-grade AI systems powered by LLMs. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing and maintaining scalable AI pipelines. You’ll work on real-world applications including document ingestion, RAG architectures, async workflows, structured outputs, and LLM orchestration in production environments.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong Python backend engineering skills
  • Experience shipping production LLM-powered systems
  • Hands-on with RAG, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks
  • Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs
  • Comfortable owning systems end-to-end in a fast-moving environment

Tech stack includes Azure, LLM pipelines, vector search, async processing, and API-first architecture. If you’ve built AI systems that real users rely on and care about reliability as much as capability, apply within or contact Jake Carrington for a confidential chat.
