Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of data and analytics initiatives across a modern, cloud-based data environment.
You'll work closely with business stakeholders, product owners and technical teams to ensure high-quality data products and services are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivery Management
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple data and analytics projects.
- Manage delivery plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to define project scope, priorities and delivery objectives.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating delivery risks.
- Manage dependencies across multiple teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Adapt delivery plans where priorities or requirements change.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks and capacity.
- Track delivery metrics to improve planning, forecasting and overall delivery performance.
- Balance planned work with changing business priorities and unplanned requests.
- Agile Delivery
- Champion Agile ways of working and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and reviews.
- Work with Product Owners and technical teams to refine and prioritise delivery backlogs.
- Foster a collaborative, transparent and delivery-focused culture.
- Quality & Governance
- Ensure appropriate governance and delivery standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support testing activities including functional, regression, user acceptance, performance and end-to-end testing.
- Ensure projects comply with relevant security, governance and data protection standards.
- Maintain delivery documentation, reporting and project governance.
- Technical Knowledge
You'll have a good understanding of modern data platforms and cloud technologies, including:
- High-level understanding of data platform architecture and integration.
- Experience working alongside technical teams and solution architects.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation.
- Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Desirable
- Experience delivering projects within Azure or other cloud data platforms.
