We're looking for a talented Prompt Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, refining, and optimising prompts for cutting-edge AI-powered applications. Working closely with our data scientists and developers, you'll craft solutions that unlock the full potential of LLMs, driving high-quality results across diverse use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and fine-tune prompts for a variety of AI applications, leveraging LLMs to solve real-world problems. Collaborate with technical teams to enhance and measure model performance.
• Use Python to create scripts, automate processes, and analyse prompt effectiveness. Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and prompt engineering best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with AI language models and prompt engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including data processing and Scripting.
• An analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and creative problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Experience in mentoring and upskilling junior members of the team
