We're recruiting a Data Business Analyst with a strong data and marketing technology background to join a fast-paced, Agile delivery environment working on high-value data and transformation initiatives.

In this role, you'll work closely with Product Managers and technical teams to define and prioritise data-driven requirements, create development-ready user stories, and ensure business needs are translated into robust technical solutions. You'll be heavily involved across the full requirements life cycle, from stakeholder workshops through to delivery and implementation.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Data Business Analyst, delivering on Marketing projects.
  • Strong knowledge of data architecture, data modelling, data quality and ingestion
  • Confident working with schemas, data flows, use cases and functional specifications
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms (e.g. Adobe Campaign) is highly desirable
