We are seeking an experienced AI Product Lead to lead the development of all of our clients' AI capabilities. Starting with the creation and implementation of a Copilot Studio chatbot for our clients' website. A proof of concept has been developed and is in the Alpha stage of internal testing. This role will be the lead, developing the roadmap through Alpha, Beta and into Live. This will include making the investment case to maintain the product sustainably and ensuring the ethics, privacy and security considerations are addressed.
This is a hands-on role requiring a professional with prior experience in designing and implementing user-centric conversational interfaces and integrating them seamlessly into existing web/content platforms.
