Fantastic new opportunity to join a wonderful data driven business. Must have recent experience of working in the consultancy space and must have managed revenue targets of between £7 - £10 million. As the Data Leader, you will drive core capabilities in Architecture, Engineering, and Data Management & Governance. You'll be the single point of accountability for these foundational functions while delivering transformative value to clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leverage your deep expertise to build cutting-edge Architecture, Engineering and Data Management solutions.
- Translate complex data challenges into compelling business opportunities, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Scale the foundation capabilities while maximizing team efficiency across the portfolio.

ESSENTIAL:
- Professional project, consultancy and transformation experience having led the implementation of end-to-end transformation programmes or projects.
- Ability to operate in the smaller environment and scale up mindset.
- Hands-on knowledge of Data Architecture.
- Commercial acumen - extensive experience with presales, proposals, and commercial targets.
- Exposure to tech ecosystems like Microsoft and Databricks.
- Bringing a passion for data and AI with an interest/experience across all areas from architecture/engineering/ Data Management.
- A seasoned leader who is highly credible in the tech/data space, conversant level of relevant data concepts and products.
