Eden Search, the Executive Search Specialist in the global food supply chain, is recruiting for an exceptional Research Partner to strengthen its team. As a trusted partner in the Food & Drink, Fresh Food, and Agriculture sectors, our clients range from start-ups to £10bn turnover multinational groups, spanning cutting-edge research and technology to traditional land custodians. The Opportunity In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in initiating and executing assignments, building crucial, long-lasting relationships with board and senior level candidates, finding out information and delving deep into the intricacies of every project. Collaborating closely with our Consultancy Team, your voice and insights will be key in not only shaping each project you are involved in, but also Eden, as the business continues to grow. At Eden, we encourage innovative thinking and challenge you to push boundaries, ensuring every project is approached with creativity and attention to detail. You will be organised and have the ability to effectively manage projects under pressure – but ultimately this role is about people – whether you are from the sector or have transferable skills from elsewhere, we are looking for someone who is curious and interested in learning; finding out different stories about the sector and about people; someone enjoys meaningful conversations, even in challenging times.
