Reporting to the Managing Director, this role carries an international remit, focusing on driving the strategy, revenue and profitability of the Food Manufacturing division and its client portfolio.

Eden has a clear long-term growth plan in the UK and internationally. This is underpinned by organic growth within its core markets, further international expansion and the acceleration of Eden’s international NED, chair and advisory practice. In light of this growth, Eden now wishes to appoint experienced search specialists at Director and/or Partner level within the UK and/or internationally to lead the Food Manufacturing division across its core markets globally. These positions will play a vital role in the overall strategic evolution of the business.
The Opportunity
With full support of the Eden team and its extensive network, you will have the opportunity to secure new business while also managing and delivering projects from both existing and new clients referred by colleagues. Every project will be supported by a dedicated team of research and operations professionals providing the perfect platform for ambitious search consultants to rapidly expand their network, deepen their expertise and ultimately maximise their reward.
The Candidate
Candidates will have clear passion and deep understanding of the Food Manufacturing, Food Ingredients or Food Tech sectors either as a successful specialist recruitment consultant or an experienced commercial leader with a track record of building senior teams.
