An experienced Quantity Surveyor is required within the commercial team of a successful Glasgow based utilities contractor. Reporting into the Commercial Director, you will have a high level of responsibility on Utilities projects up to £20mil in value and support with mentoring and guiding graduate / trainee Quantity Surveyors.
The position has arisen as a result of continued company growth, driven by consistent successful project delivery across Scotland over the past 10 years. This has secured repeat business and long-term positions on key national frameworks.
You will have a minimum of 3 years’ commercial experience. Experience within the Civils or Utilities sector is not essential but would be beneficial. You will bring the right personal attributes and character to commercially support the operations team in a high pace environment, build and maintain key client relationships, and play a key role within the commercial function of a growing business.
