Eden Scott's client is seeking a motivated Trainee Paraplanner to join their dynamic team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience in a fast-growing financial services firm. The role requires you to be in the office 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support financial planners with research and report preparation
- Assist in preparing financial plans, reports, and investment recommendations
- Conduct analysis on pension, investment, and protection products
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures
- Liaise with clients and product providers to gather necessary information
- Maintain accurate records and data management
Requirements:
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Eager to learn and pursue professional qualifications in financial planning (such as CII or CISI)
- Previous experience in a financial or administrative role is beneficial but not essential
