The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
An opportunity within the Tendering team of a rapidly growing global services company within the renewables sector, providing specialist services for offshore wind farm development, construction, operations and maintenance. As part of a dynamic and growing industry leader, your work will directly impact the transition to renewable energy and sustainable solutions.
Main Duties include:
- Production of high-quality tender submissions
- Develop the cost estimate ensuring all aspects are captured and approvals set out in accordance with the process
- Liaising with technical teams to ensure the correct technical approach is offered to the client
- Liaising / Negotiating with third party suppliers and brokers to ensure the most commercially competitive quotation is received
- Writing the proposal documentation, identifying and collating information from relevant departments in line with the client requirements
- Efficient handover from tendering to operations, ensuring all requirements are captured
- Review commercial / contractual elements of the contract and provide the necessary qualifications / assumptions if necessary and assist with contractual negotiations
- Manage and control the tender process, adhering to the ITT requirements and deadlines
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience of working in a Tendering environment within the energy sector
- Understanding of the full tender life cycle
- Experience in writing quality tenders
