A leading engineering service provider is seeking a Tendering Coordinator on a contract basis (Minimum 6 months) to support its Business Development and Tender teams across a range of sectors including energy, chemicals, nuclear, oil & gas, and more.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Prepare effective proposals and presentations for business opportunities
- Assist in the compilation of RFI's and tenders
- Tender design, formatting, referencing and proofing
- Ensure final tender submissions are accurate, complete, and meet deadlines
- Assist in marketing activities that promote the organisations profile
- Support the business development efforts on services, new products and technologies
Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
