A growing engineering services provider within the maritime sector is seeking a Tender Manager to join its team in Aberdeen on a permanent full-time basis.


The Tender Manager leads the preparation and submission of competitive tenders for ship repairs, dry dockings, and vessel conversions. They combine marine engineering knowledge with commercial expertise to price complex projects, manage contract terms, and coordinate across departments to ensure successful bids and project delivery. The role includes reporting to the Operations Director, overseeing procurement, forecasting, and performance analysis, while also supporting continuous improvement across the business.


We\'re looking for someone with experience in engineering or a related field, ideally with maritime knowledge. They should be confident in estimating project costs, reading technical drawings, and spotting risks or savings. Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking are key, along with a solid grasp of tendering processes and data analysis for forecasting and reporting.


The position is based full time in the office within a strong salary and benefits package which includes:
