Eden Scott's client is seeking a skilled Supplier Relationship Manager who is looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity. Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the strategic management of Master Service Agreement (MSA) partner arrangements within our Procurement team. This is a remote, flexible role based in the UK with a focus on managing both change agendas and BAU systems/applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the full MSA lifecycle, ensuring smooth service delivery, monitoring, and reporting.
Manage MSA costs, ensuring baseline costs are controlled, and re-charge targets are met through tight control of Management Information (MI).
Identify, track, and report risks associated with MSA services.
Ensure that MSA metrics, controls, and KPIs are actively managed in accordance with governance frameworks and regulations.
Lead a continuous improvement agenda, driving efficiency and enhancing performance across all MSA arrangements.
Work closely with key stakeholders across the business, developing and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Person Specification:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 2- 5 years of experience as a Supplier Manager, managing high-value MSAs, including commercial negotiations.
Commercial Acumen: Extensive experience dealing with corporate commercials and third-party relationships in the Financial Services sector.
Relationship Building: Strong networking skills and the ability to develop relationships with both new and existing partners across all business levels.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior executives and other stakeholders.
Technical Competence: Expert knowledge in Excel and data manipulation, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring that all elements of the MSA lifecycle are handled meticulously.
Self-Motivated: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously.
