We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to help scale our client’s engineering team in Scotland. This is an incredibly rare opportunity to shape the future of an incredible platform that works to save lives and build out your own new talented team.
What you’ll bring:
- Extensive experience of software engineering, as well as a track record of leading teams
- Superb working knowledge of modern web stacks (React, Node.js, Go, Python), cloud-native architectures, and DevOps tools
- Experience with REST APIs & event-driven architectures is highly beneficial
- A passion for Agile engineering practices, CI/CD, and building scalable B2B SaaS platforms
- A collaborative mindset and a drive to innovate in mission-critical domains
