As an Application Support Analyst ERP, you’ll work within a small, agile team supporting key up-to-date applications across Commercial and Finance. Your focus will be on delivering innovative, user-friendly solutions that enhance business processes, enable smarter decision-making, and support teams to thrive. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to configure, maintain, and improve ERP and associated systems, while also playing a key role in user training and ongoing technical support. Configure and support ERP and related systems Develop technical documentation and deliver training Provide 2nd-line technical support and resolve issues Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform Strong UX and problem-solving skills ERP configuration and support experience (e.g. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity is a plus Applicants must have the permanent right to work in the UK.
