We’re looking for strong developers who love testing — not testers who code a bit. This is a ground-up opportunity to define strategy, build tooling , and drive quality at scale across distributed teams.
What You’ll Do
Build custom automation frameworks and tooling (FE, BE, API)
Improve platform testability at an architectural level
Influence CI/CD, TDD/BDD, and Shift Left practices
Collaborate with engineers, architects & product
Balance risk-based manual and automated testing
What You Bring
7+ yrs CI/CD, automation, and database knowledge
Proven ability to build, not just use, test automation tools
Critical thinking, adaptability & strong problem-solving skills
Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
Lead a new test automation vision
