We are working with a high-growth global fintech , renowned for delivering world-class payments-related software and technology . As they expand their merchant-first ecosystem, they’re looking for experienced, curious, and accountable engineers to scale DevOps with clarity, precision, and purpose.
We’re hiring Senior and Principal DevOps Engineers to lead from the front—designing, building, and owning the next generation of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment tooling that power complex hybrid infrastructure across both on-prem and multi-cloud platforms.

What You’ll Do:
- Architect and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines with IaC at their core
- Standardize and evolve a DevOps toolchain (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab, Artifactory, Docker, etc.)
- Drive automation, eliminate manual steps, and embed security and quality into every deployment
- Provide hands-on technical leadership (especially at the Principal level)—mentoring, whiteboarding, and influencing cross-functional delivery
- Shape DevOps practices in a hybrid environment (on-prem + cloud) with real-world constraints and enterprise complexity
- Troubleshoot systems across application and platform layers and ensure secure, reliable release pipelines
What We’re Looking For:
This team isn’t hiring job titles—they’re looking for real-world, deep DevOps experience :
6+ years (Senior) / 8+ years (Principal) in DevOps, with a strong grasp of the full delivery lifecycle
Proven use of Terraform , Ansible , Docker , and CI/CD tooling in production—beyond tutorials and basic scripts
Experience in hybrid environments (not just cloud-native)—you’ve automated for both on-prem and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Track record of owning delivery , not just executing tickets—especially critical at the Principal level
Strong communication skills—you can diagram systems, explain decisions, and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
You think like a systems engineer—structured, thoughtful, and always pushing for better ways to build and ship software
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with configuration and orchestration tools (Packer, Chef, Puppet, Rundeck)
- Hands-on knowledge of monitoring stacks (Elastic, Splunk)
- Familiarity with networking , security , and release governance in enterprise environments
