An award winning, leading pensions consultancy due to growth are recruiting for a Senior Pensions Administrator or Analyst, to work at the forefront of the team in Glasgow. Remote working available along with agile/flexi working encouraged.The job is available is due to new business wins in their projects team, and the successful applicant will be managing your own set of DB/DC schemes. Previous technical defined benefit/ final salary pensions/DC experience is essential, in addition some experience in client management within pensions. Professional qualifications such as PMI are desirable, but not essential. A confident, analytical nature is required for this position and well suited to someone who enjoys seeing duties through from start to finish – with ideas and suggestions for improvement.Clients dealing with will have a mixture of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes. Technical knowledge of cradle to grave pensions administration is required, a thorough understand of scheme rules and current legislation and project management. Your work can also include some client facing work as your experience increases. Strong technical knowledge of DB schemes is required, some DC but not a prerequisite.An excellent basic salary is on offer for the successful candidate, plus a fantastic benefits package. You will be joining a growing company, with long term opportunities in successful, close knit team in Glasgow but part of a national set up.
