Eden Scott are working exclusively with a leading global organisation to appoint a Senior Integrity Operation Manager into their asset integrity team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Degree qualified Integrity, Inspection or Maintenance professional to join the organisation at an exciting time. The successful candidate will work across both onshore and offshore assets with a remit which includes assets in Western Europe.
The Sr. Integrity Operation Manager leads the delivery of integrity management contracts and projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent execution. This role is accountable for operational performance, resource planning, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring client-side operational experience, enabling them to deliver with empathy, anticipate operational constraints, and align delivery with client expectations. This role also leads the operational adoption, rollout, and embedding of new technologies and products developed by the organisation.
