Overview

My client is a highly reputable and well regarded IFA practice in Glasgow. A new and exciting job opportunity for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join a busy and growing IFA practice has become available. This is an excellent opportunity if you are already working as an IFA support individual and are looking to progress your career.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day administration such as processing applications, chasing outstanding information, dealing with external companies as well as assisting the Paraplanner closely.
  • Responsible for the day to day running of the office alongside other staff members, being very involved with clients.
  • Maintaining client info using back office systems, commission and fee reconciliations and inputting client data onto Standard Life and Old Mutual platforms.

Qualifications and development

  • Ideally you will already have financial exams passed and you will be encouraged to progress toward Diploma status as this role can develop to leading the team potentially or even paraplanning.
  • You will have experience of the above and be a quick thinking and dynamic individual able and confident to work on the front face of the business and able to manage high workloads, prioritise and multi task to an excellent standard.
