Our client is embarking on a major transformation journey and are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in our Cyber Security Programme. This is a critical contract role focused on delivering technical and business change across Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end business analysis across IAM & PAM projects.
- Drive discovery, requirements gathering, and implementation phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
- Support and mentor other Business Analysts.
- Facilitate workshops, analyse data, and map business processes.
- Proven experience in IAM & PAM (e.g. CyberArk, SailPoint, Saviynt, Entra/AD).
- Background in Financial Services or other regulated industries.
- Strong track record across the full project lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Jira, Miro, Visio, and data tools like Excel/Power BI.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience on Cyber Security Programmes.
- Business Analysis certifications.
- Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, SDLC, NIST CSF.
This role is based in Glasgow or Newcastle, with onsite presence required for key meetings. Flexibility and collaboration are key.
