Our Public Sector client is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to support Microsoft 365 solutions across Azure and AWS, ensuring seamless service delivery that supports vital organisational needs. In this role, you will be supporting cloud operations—resolving incidents, fulfilling service requests, and driving change through ITIL best practices.
Your day-to-day will involve supporting all services on cloud-hosted systems, proactively identifying and addressing issues before they become problems.
What you will bring:
- A qualification in a technology-related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Troubleshooting experience - Exchange, SharePoint, MS Teams
- Proven experience in infrastructure support within complex M365 environment
- Experience in hybrid environments on-prem and public and private cloud technologies (Azure and/or AWS)
- A track record of delivering exceptional technical support
- Knowledge of ITIL (certification desirable)
