This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual looking to build or further develop a career within private client and investment services. Joining a collaborative and supportive environment, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting the efficient administration of private client portfolios. As a Private Client Administrator, you will support the administration of private client investment portfolios, ensuring a consistently high standard of service is delivered to clients, intermediaries, and colleagues. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, supporting regulatory requirements, and contributing to operational improvements across the team. Manage a variety of private client administration activities, ensuring excellent service standards are maintained. Liaise with clients, agents, advisers, and internal departments to resolve queries and provide timely support. Check and distribute quarterly client valuations and annual suitability review documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in line with regulatory and internal requirements. Support business and regulatory projects, helping to implement process improvements and change initiatives. Contribute to risk management activities and continuous improvement programmes. Assist with data quality management, reporting, and operational efficiencies across the administration function. Previous administration experience, ideally within financial services, investments, wealth management, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
