A Quantity Surveyor is required within the commercial team of a developer who are known for their well-designed and innovative builds. Due to the consistent delivery of successful projects, the organisation have a strong pipeline of work in place for the future. This has resulted in further opportunities and incentives for new and existing staff and a requirement for a QS to join their commercial team in Aberdeen.
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for understanding, quantifying, budgeting and managing the costs of the building work involved with their allocated project in Aberdeen(shire). The QS will support the delivery of commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives; creating and sustaining accelerated growth.

Application Requirements:
The successful applicant will currently be in a role of a similar level or a Grad/Assistant-level QS with the desire to develop their professional skills and progress. It is beneficial for applicants to have experience within housing but it\’s not essential. Applicants should also hold the below competencies:
- HND / BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience
- Accurate numeracy skills and a methodical approach to working
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
