A multi-award-winning developer has a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Aberdeen.

The successful applicant will currently be in a Quantity Surveyor role or an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career. It is beneficial for applicants to have experience within a housing developer but it\βs not essential. PQS, or QS from other sectors such as civils or a general building contractor are also encouraged to apply. Applicants should hold a HND / BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, accurate numeracy skills and a methodical approach to working and excellent written and verbal communication skills
