We're working with a growing semiconductor manufacturer in Fife that's ramping up operations after a major investment in new technology and facilities. As part of that growth, they're looking to bring in a QHSE Advisor to help shape how safety, quality, and sustainability are delivered on site. This is a chance to get stuck into a hands-on role where you'll work closely with teams across the business - solving problems, improving systems, and making sure high standards are met as the site scales.

What will you be doing? You'll play a central role in maintaining and improving QHSE standards across site operations. This is a hands-on and varied position, with real influence across departments and leadership. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining QHSE policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Conducting risk assessments, investigations, and audits - ensuring a strong safety-first culture.
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001.
  • Working with production and operations teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Supporting environmental initiatives and promoting sustainable practices.
  • Delivering training and staying ahead of legislative requirements and industry best practice.

What makes you a great fit? You'll bring strong, practical experience from a manufacturing environment and the confidence to take ownership of QHSE processes. You're detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working across teams and levels of seniority. You'll likely bring:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar QHSE role within a manufacturing environment.
  • NEBOSH or equivalent H&S qualification.
  • Degree in a STEM subject such as engineering or chemical engineering.
  • Solid working knowledge of ISO standards and experience in managing audits.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Membership of IOSH or IEMA (or willingness to work towards it).

What's in it for you? You'll be supported with a rewarding salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Personal pension scheme with employer contributions.
  • Access to Permanent Health Insurance, Group Life Assurance, and online GP services.
  • Employee share options scheme (T&Cs apply).
  • Intra-UK relocation support if applicable.
