Our public sector client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major equipment upgrade project. This is a 23-month fixed-term contract, starting as soon as possible, and offers an exciting opportunity to deliver a high-profile, multi-million-pound initiative with significant organisational impact.

Location: Glasgow (Hybrid)

Hours: 35 per week (flexible working)

You will manage the end-to-end delivery of a complex project focused on replacing and upgrading critical operational equipment. The project involves extensive planning, integrating new systems, and rolling out training.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading planning, stakeholder engagement, and implementation activities.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Managing training roll outs.
  • Ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budget.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects—ideally involving equipment upgrades, rollouts, and training in a public sector or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and confidently at all levels of the organisation.
  • Flexibility for occasional travel across Scotland as required.
