Our public sector client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major equipment upgrade project. This is a 23-month fixed-term contract, starting as soon as possible, and offers an exciting opportunity to deliver a high-profile, multi-million-pound initiative with significant organisational impact.
About the Role
You will manage the end-to-end delivery of a complex project focused on replacing and upgrading critical operational equipment. The project involves extensive planning, integrating new systems, and rolling out of training.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading planning, stakeholder engagement, and implementation activities.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Managing training roll outs.
- Ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budget.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects—ideally involving equipment upgrades, roll outs, and training in a public sector or similar environment.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work proactively and confidently at all levels of the organisation.
- Flexibility for occasional travel across Scotland as required.
