Our public sector client is recruiting for a Project Coordinator for a 23 month fixed term contract with potential for extension. You’ll support a large high profile programme by coordinating MS Teams meetings, workstreams, logistics, and reporting across all areas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining databases
- Progressing tasks
- Providing business support to the wider programme team
We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently. Experience in a busy business or project support environment with proficiency in Microsoft 365 are essential, along with accuracy in handling high-volume data. Knowledge of project environments, planning, and problem-solving is important. An ITIL Foundation Certificate and experience supporting formal projects would be advantageous.
This role will be remote, however requires someone to be based in Scotland with the ability to travel to multiple sites on occasion. A driving licence and own mode of transport is essential (business mileage will be reimbursed). This is an excellent opportunity to gain skills in a project environment; the role will be extremely varied with no two days the same. The role is 35 hours per week with extensive opportunities for flexible working. They offer an excellent pension scheme as well as many other benefits.
