Due to further growth an award winning consultancy have a new job working from their Glasgow office but returning to hybrid working as standard. My client is a leading firm and they are recruiting for a Pensions manager with experience in DB to work at the forefront of the team.
This job being available is due to new business wins and the successful applicant will be in a role in charge of managing highly important projects for the team. Previous technical defined benefit pensions experience is essential, in addition to experience in client management within pensions. Professional qualifications such as PMI are highly desirable to ensure these projects are overseen in a compliant manner.
You will be working with clients who have a mixture of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes. Technical knowledge of cradle to grave pensions administration is required, a thorough understand of scheme rules and current legislation. The position is working would offer someone with in depth knowledge of the defined benefit market and their qualifications to take full ownership and play a significant part in the success of the team.
An excellent basic salary is on offer for the successful candidate, plus a fantastic benefits package. You will be joining a growing company, with long term opportunities in successful, close knit team in Glasgow but part of a national set up.
