Working closely with our hospitality team and cleaning partners, you'll help build and develop a best-in-class housekeeping function that grows alongside the estate's exciting ambitions. This is a hands-on leadership role. One moment you'll be setting standards and coordinating operations, the next you'll be turning around a cottage, preparing for VIP arrivals or adding those thoughtful finishing touches that turn a stay into a lasting memory.
