Job Description
My client is a leading provider in wealth management advice with offices throughout the UK. Due to expansion, a rare and exciting opportunity has become available for a highly experienced IFA administrator or paraplanner to join their rapidly expanding Glasgow team providing support to their advisers. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading corporate organisation focus-sing on wealth management with scope for progression in the years to come.
There are a number of roles available for various levels of individuals brought on board. Whether you be a skilled IFA administrator from a whole of market IFA environment or an experienced paraplanner holding your diploma.
Key skills of successful candidates will include but not limited to:
Experience of writing suitability reports, research on behalf of advisers
Diploma qualification or progress towards
Experienced in platforms – including Avelo, WRAP platforms etc
Ability to review client portfolios and research risk involved with each client
Ability to interact with more junior members of the team to create documentation packs (Financial planning administrators), lead, mentor and develop
Fund analysis, product comparison, analysis and charges analysis
Ability to clearly communicate findings both remotely to advisers and also to HNW individuals in a fast paced environment
