This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader to oversee a team of 8 operational professionals, driving service excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

This role is based in Glasgow City Centre

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and development of a team of 8 colleagues, ensuring operational performance, client service standards, and regulatory requirements are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities include

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 8 employees
  • Managing workload distribution and operational performance
  • Monitoring KPIs and service level agreements
  • Driving process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
