Eden Scott is delighted to be working with a company that supports membership-based sports clubs. Our client has a SaaS platform that helps clubs reduce administration, increase revenue and operate more effectively. Alongside this, the business operates multiple Macron teamwear outlets, providing clubs and teams with access to high-quality kit, via sophisticated club centric procurement solutions. Together, this combination of technology, retail and distribution creates a unique opportunity for them to build a highly scalable, multi-channel business.

This stand-alone role will be responsible for planning and delivering marketing activity across the company as it enters an exciting phase of growth, bringing together:

  • integrated teamwear and retail operations (MCH Sports)
  • a developing franchise network

This role sits across all three, supporting a connected growth model where:

  • SaaS drives customer acquisition
  • teamwear increases value per customer

This is a hands-on role focused on getting things done, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, campaign execution, and building structured marketing systems. You will work closely with the Director of Growth & Strategy who will provide direction and mentorship. You’ll play a key role in helping shape how the business grows, working across multiple revenue streams and contributing to a scalable, system-led model.

Key skills and experience required:

  • Strong experience in digital marketing and campaign delivery
  • Comfortable managing multiple channels (paid, email, web, social)
  • Experience building or improving CRM/automation platform workflows
  • Experience working with and managing external agencies or freelancers
  • Organised and able to manage priorities effectively
  • Able to work with data and track performance
  • Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

You don’t need to be a specialist in every area of marketing, but you should have a strong understanding of core marketing principles and how different channels work together. What matters is:

  • a solid foundation across marketing, including brand, campaigns, content and customer journeys
  • a working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Hubspot, Zoho)
  • clear strength and confidence in digital marketing and campaign delivery
  • the ability to plan, deliver and improve activity based on performance
  • knowing when to bring in specialist support and how to manage it effectively

Perthshire based. Full time. Hybrid working. This role offers an excellent competitive salary circa £45,000 -£50,000.
