Overview
Excellent opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join a global manufacturing organisation providing 1st and 2nd line support on an initial 6-month contract β Β£150 per day (INSIDE IR35).
Are you a dynamic, hands-on IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in your day-to-day work? You will join our UK Services division, based in East Kilbride, with occasional travel to another central Scotland site.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support across desktop, laptop, server, and printer systems
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 environments
- Perform patching and support for various business applications
- Manage IT peripherals and printer systems across multiple UK sites
- Register and manage change requests and trouble tickets
- Participate in IT projects focused on system modernisation
What you will bring
- Degree in an IT-related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications and general IT infrastructure
- Track record of troubleshooting issues
- Excellent communication and customer facing skills
- Ability to think outside the box, prioritise effectively, and take ownership of issues
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing organisation
