Are you a skilled IT Change Specialist with a passion for safeguarding live services and optimising change processes? Do you have a strong background in ServiceNow, ITIL, and IT Service Management (ITSM)? The client is looking to expand their Change Management team to enhance business-as-usual (BAU) change operations and drive a project to improve change management processes. This role is critical to ensuring the stability of their IT environment, minimising risk, and delivering seamless experiences for both internal and external customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading IT Change Management Activities – Ensuring robust governance for all IT changes and protecting live operational services.
- Facilitating Change Approval Forums – Chairing Change Advisory Boards (CAB) and Major Change Advisory Boards (MCAB).
- Leveraging ServiceNow & MI Reporting – Producing executive-level Management Information (MI) reports to support decision-making.
- Driving Continuous Improvement – Enhancing processes, governance, and automation within ServiceNow Change Management.
- Risk & Compliance Management – Ensuring all activities align with internal policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaboration & Communication – Working closely with IT teams, stakeholders, and Service Protection colleagues to drive best practices.
Your experience:
- Proven experience in IT Change Management within a regulated environment (finance, healthcare, government).
- ITIL-certified with deep knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
- Expertise in ServiceNow, including Change Management, CMDB, and MI reporting.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in chairing high-level forums.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks under pressure and implement process improvements.
- Experience integrating Change, Incident, Problem, and Release Management processes.
Nice to Have (But Not Essential):
- ServiceNow Certification (Certified System Administrator, ITSM Implementation Specialist).
- Experience in ServiceNow automation and advanced MI reporting.
