Eden Scott\’s client is recruiting for Investment Oversight Analyst to Join an dynamic team at in the Investment Stewardship and Research Team. The successful individual will play a key role in supporting our proxy voting processes, investment stewardship activities, and sustainability initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with various departments, including Investment Research, Client Communications, and Client Services, to ensure seamless operations and top-tier service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Proxy Voting Coordination: Assist with the coordination and facilitation of proxy voting processes, ensuring that all relevant activities align with our firm\’s standards.
Investment Stewardship Support: Contribute to broader investment stewardship activities, including active engagement with companies.
Sustainability Analysis: Analyse company and portfolio data to support clients with sustainability objectives, enhancing our service offerings in this critical area.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Liaise with the Investment Research team and Client Communications/Service teams to manage stewardship documentation and respond to ad hoc requests.
Management Information Preparation: Prepare essential information for Committees and Groups, ensuring that management has accurate, timely data.
Client Reporting: Develop and prepare sustainability-related content for client reports and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Research Operations Coverage: Gain comprehensive knowledge of all areas of Research Operations to provide effective support when needed.
Other Responsibilities:
Provide holiday/absence cover and support for other team members within the department.
Undertake any other duties reasonably requested by management.
