Eden Scott's client is seeking an individual who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and looking to grow your career in financial services. Our client is seeking an Investment Administrator to support their advisers and clients with a variety of essential administrative tasks. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across our wealth management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Processing: Accurately process applications for pensions, investments, protection, and other financial products, liaising with providers and clients throughout the process.
- Fund Switches & Rebalances: Action fund switch instructions and ensure updates are reflected accurately on internal systems.
- Valuations: Prepare client valuation reports ahead of reviews and meetings, using multiple platforms and back-office systems.
- Client Servicing: Respond to client queries professionally and efficiently, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained.
- Administrative Support: Maintain and update client records, scan and file documentation, and assist with compliance checks.
- Liaising with Providers: Communicate with product providers to obtain up-to-date policy information and resolve any queries.
- Meeting Preparation: Assist advisers with meeting packs and any follow-up actions post-meeting.
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a wealth management or financial planning environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of pensions, ISAs, investment bonds, and protection products.
- Proficient in financial platforms and back-office systems (e.g. Intelligent Office, Xplan, or similar).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
