A Commercial Manager is required within a national energy infrastructure organisation responsible for transporting and maintaining the essential networks that keep Britain moving. We are seeking a Commercial Manager who can provide strong commercial leadership across a varied portfolio of construction projects and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors. In this role, you will oversee all contractual and financial aspects of delivery, ensuring each project is achieved within budget, on programme and to the highest standards of compliance. You will guide teams through tendering, contract management, cost reporting and risk assessment, while offering clear strategic insight on commercial matters.
A key part of the position involves resolving complex contractual issues, improving commercial processes and supporting the growth and development of your team. You will bring substantial experience of NEC contracts and managing a commercial team. Your background will include managing complex projects, navigating disputes with professionalism and maintaining strong relationships across multi‑disciplinary teams.
