Inverness-based contractor seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activities across civils projects in the Highlands and North of Scotland. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will own cost estimation, procurement, budgeting, financial reporting, subcontract administration, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
The successful candidate will implement best practices, shape commercial processes, and establish a personal commercial blueprint.
