Project Integration Manager – Offshore Wind (2 x 1GW Projects)

Are you a seasoned professional in project management with a passion for offshore wind energy? We are seeking a highly motivated Project Integration Manager to play a key role in the development of two 1GW offshore wind farms. About the Role
As Project Integration Manager, based in central Edinburgh, you will oversee the coordination and integration of project interfaces into the global development planning of two large-scale offshore wind farms. You will be responsible for managing key relationships across multiple departments and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of this complex project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface Management: Act as the key contact between all major workstreams (engineering, grid, consents, procurement, finance, QHSE), ensuring effective integration and management of interfaces across the entire project lifecycle.
- Collaboration & Communication: Facilitate communication between internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage expectations and resolve conflicts as they arise.
- Technical & Commercial Alignment: Collaborate with engineering, development, and commercial teams to review interface requirements and ensure technical specifications align with project goals and industry standards.
- Contract & Compliance: Work closely with supply chain, legal, and finance teams to review contracts and agreements related to project interfaces, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and project specifications.
- Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains, driving continuous improvement initiatives within the interface management function.
- Team Management: Oversee and manage document control and project planning functions, leading a small team of 2 people to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in project management within the offshore wind or renewable energy sector, or similar complex infrastructure projects.
- Strong background in managing interface coordination across engineering, grid, environmental, procurement, and finance functions.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
- Experience working with contract management and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Proactive mindset, always seeking opportunities to optimise processes and improve efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a small team.
